The Customer shall have a maximum period of 14 working days from the delivery of the product to cancel the purchase of the product, wholly or partly, in accordance with the applicable law. Once the period of 8 working days is over, SkinClinic shall not accept returns or withdrawal of product purchases or cancellations of services.
Costs incurred for product changes are not free.
If you wish to make a change for a different type, please return the purchased item/s and place a new order.
All items must be returned in perfect condition without having been used and with their original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. If the returned item shows any damage, acceptance of the return or exchange may be refused.
Please also return SkinClinic’s box and original delivery package. Otherwise, SkinClinic shall be entitled to deduct its value from the refund made to the Customer or refuse to accept the products returned by the Addressee.

CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALS
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us on +34 966 388 215 or by email at email@example.com before 15.00h on the same day the order was made or, otherwise, if the order has already left our premises, transport costs shall be charged to the customer.

- We shall collect the parcel in the same packaging it was sent and, after checking at SkinClinic that the goods are in perfect condition, you shall receive your refund within 14 working days via the same payment method chosen for your purchase.
- All Shipping costs incurred for a change or return shall be charged to the customer.
- The products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and with the packaging in perfect order.
